What is the name of your state? WA
I am helping a friend with their moms probate. All we have left to do is transfer the house into her name and close probate. My question is this: How do we do this? She is the Per. Rep for her mom's estate. She is the only person named in the will. She has a copy of the deed (transfering the house into her mom's name), her letters testamentary and the excise tax affidavit. Is that all she needs to go to the Auditor's office and have it transfered? I'm a little confused.
