Please advice. My xhusband and I have been nearly divorced for five years and to this day I am still trying to collect the remaining amount that he owes for buying me out of our marital residence. In our divorce agreement it is stated when he was to complete the total payment. However, after several verbal agreements regarding these payments, the situation has reduced to me not receiving any payments for nearly a year, now. Some of the payments that he has made thus far have either been late or not in the proper agreed amount. He was supposed to have paid me off two years ago. I feel that I am in a no-win situation here. What are my options in collecting this debt.
Thank you kindly.
