What is the name of your state? Oregon

I was pulled over a couple of weeks ago in Las Vegas, NV, and informed that I have a warrant in Oregon. After a 50 minutes wait, the officer let me go but said I need to take care of it.
The warrant is from 1987. Two counts of Forgery I. One has a bail status of W and the other a bail status of I.
What does that mean?
How do I get this dismissed?

Hire a lawyer in the county that has the warrants in.

Do you know anything about these charges? You may have to go
back and face them.
