What is the name of your state? -PA

My husband left me and my two small children 3.5 years ago. He is permanently out of the country but I want to get a divorce. I want to make sure that I would have sole custody of my children in case he tries to come back into the country under a different citizenship or with the help of another american citizen. Will this be possible? He has not given us any support since he left. Thank you in advance for your help,

This is one of those cases where you really need an attorney. Its possible to divorce someone who is not living in the country, but its tricky and it needs the help of an attorney.
