If her company allows her to and there is no court order stating otherwise .. usually during a divorce there would be a restraining order preventing changes in insurance until the final day of divorce.

Wife and I are getting separted. Can she drop me from Health Insurance?
Can she?...maybe...can means "is she able to do so", not whether or not its legal or wise for her to do so.

If you want to send her here, I will be happy to tell her all the reasons why she should NOT do so.
