I just settled a third party lawsuit. WC states that I owed them 69,000 .00. They agreed to take 30,000.00. They recieved their money. Now their cutting my WC for 121 weeks, where I was receiving 527.00 per week. This adds up to another 63,767.00, for a total of 93,767.00. I don't understand, how I have to pay back more then I recieved. Please give me some insight on this situation.
