being sued 10 days left HELP

my ex-husband has served me a law suit for a credit card i charged before we got devoiced. He now is claiming its fraudulent charges and also suing for a court cost back in 2006. so all together he want 5200.00. The credit card was only 1000.00. I tried to tell him i would pay this amount, but only when my chapter 13 was over because i didn't have it now. What do i do i need advice bad and only have ten days to comply to the court which is out of state. ?????
