What is the name of your state? washington.
i was arrested yesterday for having illegal dog in city limits, but was not read my maranda rights, is that legal?
if not what should i do next?

Miranda rights are only generally required when you are interrogated after an arrest.

Going further off of the responses given, if you are not read your rights, then all this means is that any statements you made after your arrest might not be able to be used against you in court; I doubt they need your statements to successfully convict you of a charge of having an illegal dog within city limits, n'est-ce pas?
