What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania
I have agreed to sell my time-share unit located in Pennsylvania. The prospective
buyer has signed an "Agreement to sell Personal Property" but before finalizing
the sale has withdrew unilaterally. The agreement is governed by the law of the State Of Pennsylvania, while the prospective buyer resides in New Jersey.
Two questions:
1. Is this a case of breach of contract ?
2. If yes would I have to sue in Pennsylvania or in New Jersey ?
