What is the name of your state? Florida
Can you be arrested in the state of Florida, not told by the officer why they are arresting you(the charges) handcuffed, put in a police car. Then brought to the police station put in a holding cell, read your miranda rights after an hour in the cell, officer tells you to sign the card, but NEVER did the police office say what the arrest was for. Is this all legal?

I was never told there was a warrant.
arrest was for child neglect from a report
from the pre-school teacher to dcf workers.
all totally false.

all totally false.
The question of validity is for the courts to decide. If you have a warrant, it's the police officer's job to arrest you.

Being Mirandized is only required under certain circumstances. Your post does not indicate that you were improperly deprived of that right.

Unless FL law requires him to tell you what you were arrested for at the time he slaps the cuffs on, this is a "harmless" error.

Then brought to the police station put in a holding cell, read your miranda rights after an hour in the cell, officer tells you to sign the card, but NEVER did the police office say what the arrest was for. Is this all legal?
Did you find out when you were booked? It is likely that there is no legal requirement to tell you until that time.

Even if a legal requirement to tell you DOES exist, it would have nothing at all to do with your charges. If such a procedural violation occurred, that would be a separate matter.
