Is there anything that I can do? My husband paid the"so-called roofer" 1500.00 for the shingles on March 15,08 and we have not seen the man since. I did receive an estimate, and I have a copy of the cancelled check. The man has avoided phone calls, and refuses to call back. Any suggestions? What is the name of your state? Mississippi
