Will the company not hire me if they see I can a crimminal record

When I was 17yrs old, now I am 29yrs old, I am apply for a job that deals with money, and I got arrested with my friend for stealing pitty thing in the mall, I was origanally charge with pitty larceny and possision of stolen properities, but I plead to Violation of disordely conduct. When I call the court clerk they say if I get fingerprint it will come up because it is not sealed. I dont think that is fair because I was a minor when this happen.
