What is the name of your state? Pa
My boyfriend is on probation for a DUI. He had one beer at dinner we came home and probation officers were here to check on him. He blew a 0.02. They detained him. He is now in jail for 72 hours. I am not sure what will happen now.

Because he has shown that he can't be trusted on probation, he'll probably receive the alternative to probation.
