What is the name of your state? VA
My father died several years ago. He lived in Virginia but also owned land in Florida. Since everything else he owned was also in my mothers name this lot is all that is left in his name. Since his death me and my mother have payed any expenses on the land such as taxes and subdivision dues. My sister and mother have no intrest in the lot. so can I get the lot put into only my name if I have the blessing of my sister and mother (which would be the only other people with any rights to the land)? If so how would I go about doing this?
