What is the name of your state? indiana. my son was released from county jail March 12, 2008 after serving 106 days of a 118 day sentence, 2 months later on May 14, 2008 the judge issued 2 warrants for his arrest and he was arrested, can they do that? plus they are trying to make him serve 32 more days and he only had 12 days left when they released him. loratraylorWhat is the name of your state?

We really need more information. Why did the judge issue the warrants? Was your son released on probation or parole? If so, did he fail to follow specific terms outlined in the conditions for his release? Like pay a fine, register with local law enforcement, do community service, attend classes, stay away from someone, etc.?
Were these warrants for a different case than the one he served time for?

If he violated the terms of his probation, then he could receive additional time for the violation or for a failure to appear in court to answer to a violation of his probation.
