What is the name of your state? WASHINGTON
If a person was arrested on 04/22/08,with the booking record being that of 1414, and the prosecuting attorney filed charges at 4:16pm on the 25th day of april2008, was the inmates 72hr hold or release up?if so what are the legal terms used to/pertaining this violation?:confused::confused:What is the name of your state?

The person can bring this up with his attorney. But, it will have NOTHING to do with the original charges. An unlawfully extended incarceration prior to filing is a matter separate from any criminal prosecution. In other words, it does not make him suddenly free of the original charges.
