What is the name of your state? CA.
I was at the laundry room in my apartment building when I recieved a call on my cell. A
man named Bill told me I needed to come home. Not knowing who he was, he changed
his name. Again, not knowing who he was I asked him if he was in my apartment. He
then told me he was a sheriff, and I hurried home. My 13 and 14 year old kids were home.
I have severe pulmonary hypertention, and was extemly out of breath when I got home.
They were already in my bedroom searching and had my kids on the living room floor. The
officer that was with the kids was watching TV with them and treating them OK. It was the
local narcartics task force. He showed me the search warrant and explained that they were looking for Meth. and sales paraphenailia. A long list of stuff I might add. It took a few minutes before I could breath and talk to them to tell them about my condition. It was all used against me. My rapid heart beat and shortness of breath was the reason for my under the influence arrest. The search did not find one thing on the list that they were looking for. I have an oxygen concentrator in my room, along with all of my prescription medication on the counter in my bathroom. Heart pills, water pills, blood thinners potassium, and viagra, yes viagra 300 mg. a day to open blood passage ways to my heart
so I can breath. ( and it works ) (and no it doesn't make me horny) it saves my life! They
found two vicodien pills in my coumedin bottle, that I have since provided a prescription for. They took all of my meds and only returned some. I have survived without them, but
it could be life threatening to go off blood thinners w/out Dr.'s OK. They put my kids in a foster home for the night, after telling me they were extremly good kids and my house was
very well kept, plenty of food etc... Upon opening up a case with CPS, the next morning after bailing out, I volunteered to test for meth for 30 days. About 40 days have passed and I'm still testing clean for them. I went to my prelim. and they changed my charges to under the influence of hydrocodiene. On the booking report online they said I was arrested
for heroin. My land lady saw this and told me she was going to evict me for it. Can I make them change it? If someone didn't know me, it would look like I was a speed dealer, who
had heroine and does prescription drugs that don't belong to me. I have hired an attorney and I'm hoping he isn't involved in this small town set up. My questions are: can I be charged for a drug and sales that were not found or any trace of found? Meth. or heroine.
I know there is know possible way I was under the influence of vicodien. Can I get evicted
for false information police put online?
