What is the name of your state? New York.
I own a timeshare unit in Pennsylvania, which I want to sell. In January I found a buyer and we signed an "Agreement to Sell Personal Property" which is governed by the law
of the State of Pennsylvania. Before the resort sent me the "assignment and transfer" form the buyer withdrew. Questions:
1. Is the Agreement signed in January binding ?
2. If yes and I decide to sue, should I do it in the buyer's State of residence or in Pennsylvania ?
