What is the name of your state? Georgia
I found out that I definitely have a felony warrant out of San Francisco that says fully extraditable. The charge is fraud.
My question is this: I left California 1 1/2 years ago but the warrant was not issued until January of this year. Over a year later. I thought that the Statute of Limitations was 1 year. Can someone answer this?
Thank YOu

The warrant isn't as important as when charges are filed. Certain fraud categories have no limitations. Depending on the charge it could be 3-6 years.

The statute tolls for up to three years if you are out of state.

Statute doesn't start until the offense is discovered.
