What is the name of your state? north carolina. since the executor of an estate would be the one to file lawsuit (for wrongful death or simular reason ) against hospital, all property has been sold and all debts have been paid. can the he pay heirs of estate and then file lawsuit after that process. i know there used to be two years statue of limitation on lawsuits of that kind. thank you :confused:
