I want to start a company where kids are required to send in some of their own creations. Is there any law against that, do I need to include a parent consent form, etc. Also, how do I find an attorney to help me start an internet company and how much should I expect to pay for one.. Kids to send in their own creations? That is a copyright issue more than a parent consent issue.
