Is there anyone who has been arrested for drug trafficking in NY? I understand that the penalties are harsh under the Rockerfeller laws but is it somehow possible to get probation. This a first time offense, I don't even have a traffic ticket. Also, I have cooperated with authorities. I was only desperate for money. Will the judge take this into consideration or throw the book at me? Help! Please read the thread posted on Jan 5? entitled "What is going to happen to me?" for more details.
