If a will is not contested and there is no estate does
the executrix have the right to put the will in probate
to have insurance monies put into estate? and does the insurance co. have to knowtify the benificeraries?

The insurance company pays the named benefiiaries, not the estate, regardless (unless there are no surviving named beneficiaries or the designation is very unusual). It does not notify the beneficiaries -- they have to file a claim for the proceeds.
