What is the name of your state? Ohio

I got a ticket a few months ago for driving without my headlights on and no seatbelt.
I am trying to fight it because I had only driven 27 feet before I was pulled over, also I was coming out of a gas station and if I had not been pulled over I would have turned my lights on and buckled up. I explained to the officer that I had just began driving and was in the process of doing these things. But he didn't care and wrote me a ticket, but he filled the ticket out improperly he forgot to put my address and phone number and also misidentified the street he pulled me over on. So I am wondering if I have any legitimate legal defense. What is the name of your state?

Sure - just prove you were wearing your seatbelt and had your headlights on (both required by law) BEFORE you DROVE your car!
