What is the name of your state? washington

I own an RV Park a renter in the park pasted away sometime ago. He had no will. His trailer and truck went into probate. His surviving family has not returned any of our attempts to find out what is happening with his property. We have been caring for his property since he pasted away. No rent or storage has been paid to us for keeping his property. How would I go about putting a lien on this for moneys owed or claiming his property for moneys owed?

If you have a prior contractual relationship, you make a claim on the estate. If not, you follow your state's abandonded property rules.
