What should I do to try to urge charges to be raised for perjury. I have written proof of over 25 cases of perjury incourt statements and documents. Why have laws on perjury if no one is punished when caught?

Take your suspicions and documentation to the local DA's office. If they agree, they are the ones who can file charges (or at least take it to a grand jury).
