Georgia- I received a red-light ticket 11 months after the alleged violation happened. That seems like a long time between when it happened and when I received the ticket. Is there a statute of limitations? How can I disput this since it has been so long? I don't know if I was driving or not.

Please tell me any information you may have on this.

THANKS!

I will confess that I do not know the answer to your question, nor did my Googling turn up anything useful, but I will say that typically you can count on at least a year being the standard Statute of Limitations.

Please keep checking back as perhaps somebody more knowledgeable can offer their insight.
