My Maryland licensed teenager was cited in Delaware for several traffic violations. There is a mandatory court appearance, but I can't find information about point reciprocity with Maryland. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

THanks,

Well mandatory appearance is mandatory appearance. Regardless of what happens with points he has to go.

Maryland doesn't count points for most offenses that occur out of state unless they are "serious." The offenses will however show up on his MD record.

The insurance company however doesn't care about how the MD scores things. They have their own point system and will count out of state convictions against him.
