What is the name of your state? IL

If given supervision on a class B non felony misdeaminor charge - how long before i can have the arrest expunged? - Is there a waiting period after the supervision?

Also - is supervision a conviction?

Thanks

You might read this document:

The time is from when supervision ends.

There is no expungment for DUI or sexual offenses involving minors.

For the uninsured vehicle, reckless driving, domestic battery, sexual abuse, and retail theft you can apply 5 years after the end of supervision.

For the others it's 2 years.
