motor home vs automobile search & siezure

Ok, there is a difference in Tennessee which I thought there would be...can you tell me how it would be different. I have never seen anything on this type of procedure, would there have to be a warrant to search, items contained in a motor home would be different than what you would find in a vehicle, is this correct?
