What is the name of your state? OR

My grandma died 16 years ago, my aunt is executor and has just decided to open probate. We know she just got a lawyer, but she hasn't told us anything about what the will says or when things are going to start happening. We also just found out she took $40,000 dollars that was in a savings account after my grandmother died. We have never been allowed to see if she was suppose to take it or not, she did not want anyone to know the account exsisted. Can we do anything about it?
