How old are you, and what is the exact statute number you have been charged with?

Also, please only capitalize the first word of the sentence, and any special nouns (e.g. somebody's name). When you capitalize the first letter of every word, it makes your posts difficult to read.

The reason it's capitalized that way was that the OP's entire original post was in ALL CAPS and the forum software converts it to that form when that happens. In order to get ALL CAPS (also not recommended) you have to have at least one non uppercase letter in the post (usually the "What is the state?" line that wasn't deleted.

Heh, I see. In that case: please do not post in all caps :D But really, online, typing in caps is equivalent to shouting (on top of the fact that all caps is still difficult to read)
