I need to file a "Long Form Order" with my Motion for Reconsideration (and reversal of Judgment). It's a document that the Judge signs if they decide to grant/affirm your motion (the Defense just writes it up so that the Judge doesn't have to).
Does anyone have a blank or an example that I can use?
