My probate attorney doesn't return my calls or answer my emails, and I have all my phone & email records to prove it. Because of this, I have received a letter stating something about being removed as administrator of the estate. Furthermore, in the letter it states that on July 15th a hearing would be held by the clerk of court, but the letter was postmarked on July 13th, and because I live out of state, I just received it this morning. What are my options in terms of appealing/contesting a decision to have me removed as administrator?
