Bail Bondsmen- What rights to they have?

I just need to know what rights do bail bondsman have? Do they have as much protection has police officers in certain cases.? Are they considered officers of the court? I hope someone out there knows about this subject. These may sound like silly ?'s but I realy need to know all about it. Thanks so much!!

Bondsmen?

I am sorry I thought I had put that in there. I live in Tennessee. East Tennessee. If a bondsman is assualted do the authorities treat it as a policeman getting assualted? For instance. Thank you very much for the information!!
