I'm not sure what it is you're asking. But if an officer submits an application for a search warrant and the judge denies the warrant, the officer can re-submit his request after adding additional facts that were not included in his original request.

If the judge grants the warrant, I don't see where the officer would bother to change the original request, the judge has already granted the warrant.

Now if your trying to get evidence thrown out that was collected during the serving of the warrant, because the judge granted the warrant based on false information that was intentionally fabricated by the officer and included in the original application, or because true facts were intentionally left out, this is possible, but not very likely.

What proof do you have that the original application was altered and when was it altered?
Also, don't mistake a typo for an intentional fraud. Typing the wrong date isn't going to change the facts or the legitimacy of what the judge based his decision to grant a warrant on.
