What is the name of your state? Washington State, Grant County
My mother and aunt co-owned a house 50-50. My aunt died giving the house to my mother, and in the case of my mother already being dead, to me. But before the will was filed, and probate could begin, my mother died, giving me her entire estate.
Because probate was never completed for my aunt's estate, will I have to go through two separate probates: one for my aunt's estate and one for my mother's estate? If so, can that be done simultaneously?
Thanks,
Christine
