What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? nm,can a officer of law remove your vehicle from a from a crime scene drive the vehicle around and then return in your vehicle and search after the fact?

CAN he? Sure. Will it result in evidence that will withstand a suppression motion? Maybe not.

It really depends on why the car was driven around and why it was searched.
