Had NJ breach-of-contract trial. Both sides pro se. Hotel gave me bedbugs (3 mos.' worth). Defendants didn't testify. Judge dismissed case & told me I needed an expert witness... that certified medical records (4 visits) weren't enough to meet my burden.

I'm appealing & need cites (viz: No expert witness necessary)
