slim 4 life then heart attack

I joined slim4 life for a 12 week program and two weeks into the program i suffered a heart attack. Dr stated that the supplements and rapid weight loss were responsible for the heart attack. I asked for a refund from slim 4 life and they refuse. Do i have any type of recourse?

i am sure they advised you to see a doctor before starting the program and had you sign something to that affect
