What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

Our company entered into a product agreement with ABC Company. ABC Company has since been bought out. There is no stipulation in the agreement about any transfer of ownership. Is the agreement still enforceable?

Thanks!

If ABC was truly a corpoation, then the contract was with ABC and the owner is irrelevant.

That does not mean there is not going to be some assignment or delegation, but the nature of contracting with a corporation probably means the duties were not of a sufficently personal nature to make the contract voidable because the owners changed.
