What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WASH

I am adopted and have been told that Washington State has a sealed record law and I can not locate my biological family. How can I find them without paying money?
This was in 1965.

You could try an online voluntary adoption registry. If any biofamily is searching for you, it's possible you'll connect.
