What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? oregon, If i default on a paydayloan that i recieved online am I under the juristiction of my states laws or the laws of the state where the company is in?

The answer to your question lies in the contract that you entered into online. Read the terms and conditions. I would suspect that you agreed to the venue preferred by the lender as part of the contract.
