What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TEXAS

I live in TX but I bought my truck in NC. Its a 2005 Suzuki XL 7. When I bought it the odometer read 330 miles. I recently went to Carmax to see about trading it in and when they did a check on my vehicle, they informed me the odometer had been pushed back 13,000 miles. I havent had my odometer adjusted, so it must have been done by the dealership prior to my purchase. I expected my truck to of had only the miles shown on the odometer or else I would not have purchased a "brand new" vehicle with 13,330 miles on it for almost $30,000.00. So I was wondering if I should persue a case against this dealership.
