What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MN

I have a sister my husband and I have been helping out. She does not have much money and she is living with us at very low rent. I co-signed a car for her and she is making the payments (6000 appox. balance). Do I have a right to take the car away from her at any time since I co-signed (her name and my name is on the title) and have a lien against it?

Any help would be great. Thank you so much.

Nope. Co-signing has duties, not rights. Rights only attach after you have to pay on the guarantee. Then you have the right to sue the person with the car for contribution.
