Q. I purchased a Vehicle from a dealership, five months ago. I have not received my hard tags from the dealership as of yet. There excuse is that the title was signed in the wrong place from the previous owner.
Can the dealership sale a vehicle when the title is not clear? And can I return the vehicle without it being a hit against my credit, and receive my down payment back in full. The dealership has given me three different sets of temporary tags, I didnt think that was legal?????
