What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? oregon
I was verbally told by Kelso sturgeon that they would credit me $6,000. and because one of my credit card disputes was processed and not reversable for $2,000. that the group he deals with were angry and would only credit me $2,000 more not the $4,000 he had promission to credit.
Do I have any rights to the additional $2,000. or am I just out of luck. ?
