I am getting married in 6 weeks, and have cancelled my contract with the florist I was intending to use, because of the fact she is over charging by an excessive amount of money. I have looked over the price quote she gave me, and no where on there does there say anything about the deposit I gave her being non-refundable. The receipt I recieved does not say anything about the deposit being non-refundable, nor was I ever told that.

After pointing out these facts to her, she is still refusing to give me the deposit back. What can I do?
