i have a court date on feb. 22 for a violation. i'm pleading not guilty for testing positive for meth.
when i go in for arreignment will the rest the court proceedings happen as they did before i went on probation, and if not, what are the differences?

Basically, if there was a probation violation with this charge, there may be revocation/probation hold and no bail until this proceeding is complete (i.e. trial etc).
