What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TN
My wife and I hired a cabint maker in March. We gave an $1100. deposit. The man was supposed to start on them on May 25th. It is now Aug.28th and still no cabinets. We have been told numerous dates for insalation only for the day to come and go with no cabinets. today was yet another promised install date and now we are promised cabinets on Tue. What can we do ? Do we have any legal recouse?
